Athletic Performance
Boost your athletic performance with our athletic performance program. This program is designed to improve your strength, power and agility to gain a competitive edge, in-season or off-season.
Our cardio kickboxing group classes are aimed at raising your heart rate and building cardiovascular endurance while learning new skills. This is a non-contact cardio circuit where you will be taught the basic kickboxing techniques. No experience required.

Recovery & Prevention
Accelerate your recovery and get back to doing what you love with our injury recovery and prevention program. Utilizing a combination of advanced recovery technology and strength training, recover faster and get back to doing the things you love.
We also offer manual therapy with a licensed physical therapist and treatment for symptoms common in type 2 diabetes such as inflammation and neuropathy.
Is Strength Training right for me?
Yes. Whether you are a lifelong athlete or trying to find your first fitness program, strength training, also commonly called resistance training, is an integral part of building and maintaining optimal health and fitness.
Utilizing barbell training, we build your strength by focusing on movements similar to what we do every day (sitting/standing, picking things up off the ground, lifting things overhead, etc.).
While resistance training is known to significantly improve physical health by increasing muscle mass and strength, it doesn’t stop there. Resistance training is also linked to improved mental health and overall well-being.
Strength training is not only effective in building life-long health, with our program, it is also safe for all ages.
